Our Services
We acquire land in the path of future growth, where our industrial vision is shared with the community we are investing in. Often, we acquire contiguous sites from multiple land sellers to gain efficiencies and create prime sites that may not be available in any individual tract. Our thorough due diligence process allows us to determine its present and future feasibility. Our time horizons for reaching vertical construction and market maturity permit us to gain more flexible terms and pricing.
On behalf of our user relationships we work with local brokers, legal, civil engineers, etc. to identify the best sites for our industrial customers’ real estate needs. Combining our entrepreneurial spirit and land feasibility know how, we can identify and secure sites ranging from site service to turnkey full service development.
We look for opportunities where Smart Industrial Economic Development provides growing communities with jobs and revenue without exhausting county assets (schools and infrastructure). Working hand in glove with the local authorities allows us to take advantage of what both the private and public side bring to the table.
Our experience in civil development allows us to understand a site’s advantages, limitations and potential. We work with a range of different civil engineers, consultants and contractors that allow us to quickly and creatively build our due diligence, designs and match them up with the market demand.
